This week has been a little better. I worked three days this week at Colton's and drank sweet tea only one of those days. The mornings I have been drinking water. I would say I normally drink 10 or so glasses of tea a week. It has been cut down to maybe 3-5 so far. I do need to start taking pictures of writing down what I eat. Like I normally have toast for breakfast, depends on what I bring if I bring anything at all for lunch and what my mom makes, what I pick up (like fast food), or if I make myself ramen or mac and cheese. I normally drink water throughout the day because that is what I bring for school. I will post the picture of the proportion size that researchers recommend sometime. Like tonight I just ate a small salad at work and that was it for tonight. I had two pieces of toast tonight. I had ramen for lunch and a cutie for a snack. I have been struggling to stay on track with this because like I have said in previous blogs that I am just so busy I really don't think about what I eat, I just go. My goal for the next week is to try and remember to pay attention to what I eat and to remember to write down and/or take a picture of what I eat.
