Genius Project Proposal

Problem
The
problem with changing my diet is that it is very difficult since I am such a
busy person I just eat whatever, whenever and I don’t have time to sit and
think about what I am eating. Cutting sugar out is not an easy thing if you
have it almost every day so I have slowly cut it out. The running situation is
hard when it is cold out.
Proposed Solution
I propose that with a little
extra motivation and mental confidence this can be done. I should write down what
I eat and drink to help keep track of what my intake is. I have researched what
portion size one should take for a day.
If this
project is successful or I feel good about how I am doing I will continue my
project and hopefully keep the new, good, habits I will teach myself. The blogs
I will post will also help me see what I am trying to accomplish.
Justification
I am not much for the change
of the way I go about my everyday life but I am hoping it will all be worth it.
Although my thought for this project was
a last minute, spur of the moment, I will of course try to stay with it. I will
know I was successful if I feel better about myself, and my attitude, if I
actually see a change in my diet and see a change in my body. I will have to
see about foods with no sugar because most foods are made with sugar. The
solution will change who I am as a person.
