This past week has been the best week so far. I watched how much I ate each day throughout this week. I reach my 10,000 steps on my fitbit 3 or 4 times this week. I only drank water (or lemon water) this week. I haven't been writing down or taking pictures of what I have eaten like I should've. It has gotten somewhat easier to not eat or drink sugar than it has been. I am more conscious about what I am putting in my body. If I continue this I'm sure it will be so much easier to not eat or drink any sugar and it will be natural to not eat sugar. If I thought about writing or taking picture of what I ate would've helped with making my blog work better.
