I’m going to try to remember to record what I eat everyday to help keep track of what I eat throughout this project. I know it will be successful because I will feel better and I know that if I have a healthy snack instead of a sugary one then I will say I succeeded. My goal for this past week was to eat no sugar. I didn’t do so well meeting my goal. I found out basically everything has sugar in it and I really like my sweet tea. I figured out what’s considered “good” and “bad” sugar wise. I’ve tried watching proportions but I snack sometimes. I ran into the problem of pretty much everything has sugar in it. It’s also really hard to eat healthy when my family has sugar in the cabinets. I researched what the correct portion sizes for a daily intake. My goal for next week is to cut out the sugar. Maybe not totally, just slowly take it away from myself.
What is "considered good" sugar wise?
ReplyDeleteWhat is good for me (really no sugar is the best) or how much sugar is considered an acceptable amount to eat
DeleteSo what is considered an acceptable amount? What do experts suggest?
